Working Principle
A multiple-effect evaporator is a highly efficient thermal energy recycling device. Its working principle is based on the evaporation-condensation cycle, and it can achieve a high degree of concentration while saving energy.

Structural Features
Multiple-effect evaporators typically consist of evaporators, condensers, salt separators, and replication equipment connected in series. The operating pressure of each effect, the corresponding heating steam temperature, and the solution boiling point decrease sequentially. The last effect is often connected to a vacuum device. The reduction in heating steam temperature and solution boiling point helps improve evaporation efficiency and product quality.
