4. Age under 35 years old;

5. Chemical majors preferred;

6. Proficient in office software, familiar with sample collection, processing, separation, and purification, conducting chemical, physical, and spectral analysis;

7. Excellent practical experience in operating instruments and equipment according to standardized experimental procedures and methods, quality control and inspection, safety inspection, etc.
